Client Responsibilities

If you engage Kainos Solutions as a client, you are responsible for:

Reviewing and approving system configurations before they go live

Maintaining your own accounts with any third-party platforms required to deliver the service

Fees and Payment

Fees for services are set out in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services are built on and integrate with third-party platforms and providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, or discontinuation of any third-party service. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms.

No Guarantee of Results

Kainos Solutions provides systems and tools designed to help businesses capture and respond to leads more effectively. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including any specific volume of leads, appointments, revenue, or return on investment. Results vary based on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and how you follow up with the leads the system captures.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and system configurations developed by Kainos Solutions, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or redistribute our materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kainos Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kainos Solutions in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
